About Ernst van den Broek
I train staff of both energy companies and banks about trading agreements and work on a number of other projects. Clients are e.g. E.ON Energy Trading, AFM, Brunei Investment Agency, Citi Bank N.A., Total Solutions Europe, AES Energy Corp., ArcelorMittal, Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance and Banque LB Lux. Currently I am working for the Dutch Ministry of Finance and Delta Energy after ending my third assignment with Kas Bank N.V.. Before that time I worked as an interim legal cousel for ABN Amro Bank N.V.. Until the summer of 2012 I worked for the legal department of Kas Bank N.V. and ING Financial Markets. Prior to this time I have given legal support to the trading activities of both Rabobank and Eneco Business BV in 2009. Before that project I’ve worked for ING and nearly three years as an energy trading lawyer for N.V. Nuon Energy Trade & Wholesale (Currently Vattenfall) in Amsterdam in the field of commodity trading and CDM and JI Projects. I have also worked as a legal counsel at Delta Lloyd Bank N.V and Kas Bank NV. at an earlier stage.
Apart from these projects I am involved in additional work for other clients in the world of energy and finance such as Cargill International S.A., Titan LNG and Nidera Handelscompagnie BV.

About Jan Minkenberg
Jan Minkenberg has more than 20 years’ experience in the financial industry and works as an interim counsel in the Netherlands. He has worked for The Bank of Tokyo, Rabobank International , ING Financial Markets, ABN AMRO Bank , Essent NV, NV Nuon Energy Trade & Wholesale, Fortis Bank Nederland NV and NIBC Bank within their legal department and at ABN AMRO Bank at their compliance department as well. He studied both law and taxation at the University of Amsterdam. He has broad experience in the field of financial and commodity trading including the negotiation of ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, GMRAs, GMSLAs and EFETs, supervisory law (MiFID II, EMIR), securities law for retail clients and loan documentation. He has provided training on ISDA and EFET documents for Marcus Evans in London and Sao Paulo and on ISDA documents for Novelis Inc. in Atlanta. He is a fluent English speaker.

About Hans Hofmeester
Hans Hofmeester is an experienced Legal Counsel and Regulatory Consultant, specialized in financial regulation and capital market projects and transactions. His expertise comprises legal aspects of debt capital market transactions, complex credit facilities and derivatives.
